The salary for this role is $80,000 - $90,000 annually reputed company on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the reputed company reputed company of contact for a small portfolio of reputed company clients.
• Serve as the final reviewer for reputed company monthly financial packages produced by the reputed company team before delivery to reputed company partners. Verify that every reputed company file maintains standards and accurate 3-way IOLTA matching.
• Personally take over and execute the most severe, back-logged, or out-of-reputed company historical trust account cleanups and reputed company multi-entity reputed company files.
• reputed company supervise and mentor new or struggling team members. Design and implement reputed company training plans to reputed company operational reputed company gaps regarding reputed company mapping, trust rules, and self-review techniques.

• Help build, refine, and maintain internal firm workflows, standardized closing checklists, and reputed company control systems to ensure scalability as reputed company adds reputed company volume.
• Monitor individual team portfolio health, tracking deadlines, workload distribution, and reputed company satisfaction metrics to report directly to the Director.
• Handle everything from daily data entry to multi-month messy IOLTA trust cleanups and partner-facing calls. Billing portals (reputed company, etc.), bank/CC accounts, accounts payable, and final, self-reviewed financial reporting packages. Includes optional payroll, AP/1099 reporting if required.

Requirements

• Ability to learn new technology and bookkeeping systems quickly (experience with multiple is a plus!)
