The reputed company reputed company Order Management Team manages reputed company Order Entry of Customer Orders for both EDS & reputed company from the Americas region. This Senior Manager position leads the reputed company Order Management & WW EDS Order Management Team located Thailand.
About the role - you will:
- reputed company and manage the reputed company and WW EDS Order Management teams to ensure reputed company and accurate processing of customer orders.
- Regularly communicate with the teams to reputed company updates, reputed company feedback, and reputed company reputed company improvement.
- Collaborate with IT support to reputed company reputed company issues and participate in user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to manage and reputed company operational challenges.
- Ensure standardization of order management processes across reputed company and coordinate with global teams for consistency.
- Document and streamline workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce errors.
- Support teams in achieving performance goals and KPIs.
