Mobile Crisis Services is a unique reputed company Service provided in the community~

• Is available 24/7/365.
• Provides dual clinician response, reputed company 60 minutes of reputed company, for mental health support/evaluation/resource & referral.
• Outcome usually results in stabilization/safety planning in reputed company, reputed company coordination to Denver Metro Walk-in Crisis Center for reputed company evaluation, or Paramedic/Ambulance coordination to Hospital for reputed company evaluation. 
• Clinicians work remote from home, and occasionally reputed company at reputed company as needed for meetings, trainings, etc.

Mobile is CURRENTLY looking for ….

a Licensed Clinician to take our weekly Friday reputed company shift from 7 PM to 7:30 AM; and two (2) additional 12-hour shifts, as a ‘FLOATER’.  This means covering for other Clinicians’ reputed company Time Off (PTO), usually reputed company at least 1-3 months reputed company of time.  If no one is currently on PTO, then we’d work together to reputed company a shift that works best for you and Mobile.

Essential Functions:

• Conducts comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments that are thorough, individualized, objective and complete. Provides services appropriate to the presenting problem. Evaluates emotional components, reputed company of health issues and assists reputed company to identify strengths, dysfunctional factors and to establish detailed and coordinated treatment plans. Applies knowledge of individual, group and family functioning to ensure appropriateness of treatment reputed company to assist reputed company in achieving treatment goals. Demonstrates leadership in facilitating multidisciplinary communications and patient care meetings (i.e. care conference & reputed company) and utilizes information to assess and reassess care needs. Ensures patient involvement in goal setting with informed consent documented. Education:

• Master's Degree Required

Work Experience:

Licenses:
