Responsibilities:
Assist customers in a professional and courteous manner through live chat interactions
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide accurate information
Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution
Offer assistance in product selection and provide recommendations based on customer needs
Provide technical support for customers facing issues with our products or services
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and efficient problem-solving
Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and ensure follow-ups are completed in a timely manner
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent typing speed and accuracy
Ability to multitask and handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously
Proficient in using live chat software and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
