They are seeking a detail-oriented Clinical Operations Intern to support their virtual clinical operations team, providing tech troubleshooting and administrative assistance to enhance patient experiences during virtual appointments.

Responsibilities

• reputed company patients in for their scheduled virtual appointments and verify required information
• reputed company frequent, hands-on tech troubleshooting to help patients connect to their virtual reputed company (audio, video, device setup, platform reputed company)
• Collect and document patient copays or outstanding balances
