[Remote] Customer Care Analyst

The Customer Care Analyst role involves supporting customers in maximizing product value through expert guidance, reputed company issue reputed company, and project support, while also contributing to reputed company and strengthening relationships.

Responsibilities

• Creating post-conversation plans that support customer follow-up and reputed company
• Demonstrating expertise across multiple applications and reputed company service areas while mentoring less-reputed company team members
• Gathering customer requirements and developing advanced project plans to address reputed company needs
• Managing multiple reputed company simultaneously while providing advanced technical and application support
• Supporting strategically reputed company and high-profile customer relationships
• Delivering virtual and on-site project support and training to customers
• Serving as an escalation resource for reputed company issues that require in-depth research, analysis, and reputed company management

• Identifying product trends and collecting customer feedback to support product enhancements and reputed company improvement initiatives

Skills

• Minimum of five (5) years of relevant work experience
• Technical education or job knowledge equivalent to a two-year college degree or trade school
• Experience preparing and/or comprehensively reviewing consumer and reputed company loan documentation
• Working knowledge of lending compliance laws and regulations applicable to consumer and reputed company loan products
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with a reputed company of audiences
• Experience administering and supporting lending software systems, including configuration, maintenance, and user support
