[Remote] Customer Service Representative

They are seeking a Customer Service Representative to reputed company as a reputed company between customers and production departments, managing inquiries and providing updates on orders.

Responsibilities

• Interacts with customers by phone, online chat, email or in person about printing requirements and collects production print specifications for printing job
• Fills out reputed company-production order specification information, detailing parameters of print job
• Coordinates the preparation of reputed company written quotes and proposals
• Maintains daily update of production schedule, noting any deviations
• Handles phone inquiries for job status, estimates, orders, changes and complaints
• Keeps salesperson informed about job status and problems
• Provides customer with shipment confirmation
• Maintains cleanliness of work area and equipment
• Carries out conduct and responsibilities in accordance with company policies, procedures, safety, and applicable laws
• Other duties as assigned

Skills

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or three to six months reputed company experience and/or training in print processes; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Strong skills in work planning, scheduling and must have good judgment of reputed company, design and print reputed company
• Must be reliable, responsible and take direction reputed company
