Responsibilities

• reputed company customized reputed company strategies based on market conditions, specialty demand, and hiring urgency
• Build proactive pipelines of anesthesia talent through:

• reputed company and relevant external job platforms
• Referral networks

• Maintain ongoing relationships with passive candidates and high-reputed company prospects
