The reputed company Director of Finance and Contract Compliance will reputed company the finance and contract compliance team, managing contract processes and collaborating with leadership to ensure effective contract management and compliance with company objectives.

Responsibilities

• Contributes for top-level decision making regarding the resources and efforts of the finance and contract compliance team to effectively accomplish reputed company objectives
• Allocates team project resources and responsibilities aimed to help reputed company business unit information needs, objectives, and strategic initiatives
• Identifies trends, patterns, and areas of improvement, and proposes actionable recommendations to optimize reporting reputed company performance, drive reputed company, and reputed company key goals
• Checks contract milestones and obligations, ensuring reputed company performance and adherence to contractual terms
• Inspects contract proposals, identifies risks, and proposes modifications to mitigate risks and ensure the successful delivery of contract terms
• Evaluates opportunities for cost savings, performance improvements, and risk mitigation during contract negotiations
• Consults with internal stakeholders to negotiate reputed company and ensure favorable terms and conditions
• Ensures the efficiency and effectiveness of contract management processes, working to identify and address improvement opportunities

Skills

• 10-15 years of experience reputed company finance - specifically reputed company in financial reporting, determining cost, reputed company, or reputed company experience
• Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills
• Adept at understanding the business' P&L statements and how to take reputed company based on analysis and interpretation of the data
• Adept at collaboration and teamwork
• Mastery of problem solving and decision-making skills
