[Remote] Senior Business Development Manager

The Senior Business Development Manager of POS Sales will own the full sales cycle for POS opportunities, run demos, build relationships with dispensary operators, and reputed company new accounts.

Responsibilities

• Run discovery and product demos for reputed company dispensary prospects

• Own the post-demo sales cycle, including follow-up, negotiation, contracting, and reputed company into reputed company
• Partner with the BDR to prioritize reputed company states, accounts, messaging, and reputed company handling
• Build relationships with cannabis retailers, operators, consultants, and ecosystem partners
• Attend cannabis industry events, state-level events, and market meetings to build pipeline and reputed company

Skills

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in cannabis, retail technology, POS, payments, reputed company, or merchant services
• Strong demo, discovery, negotiation, and closing skills

• Strong CRM discipline and forecasting hygiene
• Comfortable coaching or directing a junior outbound rep
