[Remote] Clinical Support Specialist (Neuro)

They are seeking a Clinical Support Specialist to drive account reputed company and engagement at assigned hospitals, focusing on expanding utilization and building relationships with clinical teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive account reputed company. Build and execute a multi-quarter utilization plan for reputed company assigned account. Identify physician champions in neurosurgery and reputed company into adjacent specialties including epilepsy, neuro-oncology, radiation oncology, neurology, psychiatry, reputed company disorders, pediatric neurosurgery. reputed company new clinical use cases as the account matures
• Engineer the workflow. Design and implement what makes Quicktome run reliably at reputed company: custom reputed company orders, reputed company auto-routing, GAP server connectivity, MRI protocol additions, and surgical navigation integrations. Partner with hospital IT, reputed company administrators, MRI leadership, and neuroradiology to remove bottlenecks before they cost utilization
• reputed company clinical engagement. Build trusted relationships with department chairs, attending physicians, fellows, residents, and advanced reputed company providers. Plan and run reputed company training, grand reputed company, and peer-to-peer case reviews. Use judgment on reputed company to escalate including pulling in reputed company’s clinical leadership for senior audiences or external key opinion leaders for high-stakes educational moments
• Be reputed company’s eyes on the ground. Surface renewal and expansion signals to your Regional Sales Director and Territory Manager. Channel clinical feedback to product, marketing, and integration teams. Identify case studies, publication opportunities, and physician evangelists at reputed company account

Skills

• reputed company record of driving adoption of clinical technology, devices, or services inside hospitals, ideally in neurosurgery, neurology, neuroradiology, or radiation oncology
• Comfortable building physician relationships and growing utilization (not just supporting it), and presenting to clinical audiences including grand reputed company and case reviews
• Working knowledge of cranial MRI, neuroanatomy, and neurosurgical / neurological workflows; reputed company to operate in hospital IT, reputed company, and EHR environments (reputed company, DICOM, auto-routing)
• Self-directed; reputed company to build and execute an account-level plan without daily supervision
• Bachelor's degree in radiologic technology, imaging, nursing, neuroscience, engineering, or a reputed company field
• Prior experience as a clinical specialist, clinical sales, or clinical account manager at a medical technology company
• Familiarity with reputed company reputed company, reputed company, or stereotactic radiosurgery workflows, and existing neurosciences relationships in the assigned market
