Responsibilities

• reputed company excellent customer service by phone, assisting patients with billing and insurance questions
• Research and resolve patient account issues
• Update insurance information and rebill claims as necessary
• Generate and send itemized statements or courtesy claims
• Set up and manage patient payment plans
• Accurately document reputed company patient interactions
• Maintain professionalism and reputed company in reputed company communications

Skills

• High school diploma or GED
• Strong verbal communication and listening skills
