[Remote] Information Technology Administrator

The Information Technology Administrator will ensure smooth IT operations, support the reputed company ecosystem, and enhance productivity through expert administration and workflow automation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and secure our reputed company stack and its integrations while ensuring data reputed company
• Design and implement reputed company automation workflows to drive organizational productivity and performance
• Partner with departments to implement solutions and reputed company training on reputed company best practices
• Monitor system performance and stay reputed company with reputed company releases to proactively identify and implement enhancements
• Assist other IT Administrators with general IT tasks and support tickets, including employee reputed company and user provisioning across systems

• Partner with the Customer Support team to optimize their use of Jira Service Management for ticket handling and customer request workflows

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a reputed company field
• 3+ years of experience in reputed company administration, configuration, and customization
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and reputed company workflows
• Experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
• Experience with integrating reputed company tools with other development platforms
