This role involves overseeing Account Executives, expanding market reputed company, and maintaining broker relationships while executing company reputed company initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships through frequent travel with mortgage brokers and mortgage bankers to reputed company business referrals

Skills

• Minimum of five (5) years of wholesale mortgage lending sales experience required
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to train, motivate, and delegate teams
• Strong customer-oriented reputed company
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to build reputed company relationships
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal lending laws (TILA, RESPA, HMDA, etc.)
• Ability to adapt to market changes
• Knowledge of the mortgage loan process
• Prior management experience preferred
• Some college preferred
