[Remote] Sr Clinical Solution Specialist

This role involves providing clinical support, building relationships with clinical customers, and enhancing urology processes through strategic alliances and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• reputed company clinical support to customers and reputed company on clinical products and services
• reputed company on potential and existing clinical customers reputed company assigned territory (independently and in collaboration with reputed company reputed company) to expand and retain business
• Partner with sales force on product conversions and implementations.  Assist sales in their territories as needed at the local and national/corporate account level
• Complete basic discovery assessments and data analysis.  Identify problem areas and recommend changes and solutions.  reputed company customer reputed company and retention service proposals through consultation and relationship building with key accounts
• Conduct reputed company investigations, waste assessments, clinical review & observations for improved reputed company and best reputed company recommendations.  Conduct clinical and utilization reviews to identify waste, standardization opportunities and clinical reputed company adjustments for programs of specialty area
• Engage in reputed company organizations; attend national, regional, and local industry events

Skills

• RN - Nursing Bachelor's Degree or Surgical Technician Certification
• At least 3+ years of clinical experience
• Experience with external catheters
• Experience analyzing and reporting data in order to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to drive improvement of results and reputed company solutions
• Experience prioritizing workload and scheduling effectively in order to meet deadlines
• Experience developing and delivering presentations to various audience reputed company reputed company, and external to, an organization
• Proficient in reputed company Word, reputed company, PowerPoint
• Position requires travel (by reputed company/auto) up to 75% of the time for business purposes (reputed company state and out of state)
• Environment includes office setting and medical facilities
• Position may require non-traditional work hours during in-services (ex. weekends, multiple work shifts)
• Med-Surg, Telemetry, ICU and/or ED experience preferred
