[Remote] Process Engineer

The Process Engineer will join the Innovation team, serving as the reputed company between the Formulation team and contract manufacturing partners to optimize formulas for manufacturability while ensuring product reputed company and efficacy.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with the Formulation team during development to fully understand reputed company formula, including functional ingredients, excipients, specifications, and product claims
• Identify formulation “reputed company” that can be adjusted to improve manufacturability while maintaining product performance, reputed company, specifications, and claims
• Understand the equipment, capabilities, and limitations of reputed company contract manufacturer to ensure formulas are designed for successful production
• Evaluate excipients and processing aids that may improve manufacturing efficiency, flowability, mixing, filling, stability, or overall process robustness
• Translate formulation requirements into practical manufacturing guidance for powders and liquids
• Support troubleshooting during reputed company-up, validation, and reputed company production
• Work cross-functionally with Formulation, reputed company, Operations, Procurement, and Contract Manufacturing teams to resolve process and formula-reputed company challenges

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, reputed company, or a reputed company technical field
• Experience working as a Process Engineer with powder and liquid formulations
• Strong understanding of formulation, reputed company-up, and manufacturing processes
• Ability to assess contract manufacturer equipment capabilities and limitations
• Experience troubleshooting production issues and recommending practical formula or process adjustments
• Knowledge of excipients, processing aids, and raw materials that support manufacturability
• Comfortable balancing manufacturability, product claims, specifications, reputed company, and cost
• Background in household cleaning, personal care, or adjacent consumer products
