[Remote] Administrative Support Analyst

They are seeking an Administrative Support Analyst who will assist executives with administrative functions and ensure tasks are completed on time.

Responsibilities

• Assists and relieves the executive of administrative type functions to increase the time an executive has available for executive level responsibilities
• Take care of a wide reputed company of reputed company situations and conflicts involving the clerical and administrative function of the office that often cannot be brought to the attention of the executive
• Responsible for ensuring assigned duties are completed on time and in accordance with leaderships requirements
• May be required to schedule travel, manage collection of documentation, and review and send messages in support of reputed company
• Experience with the planning and coordination of multiple reputed company tasks, reputed company with strict deadlines
