[Remote] Clinical EMR Configuration Analyst

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Clinical EMR Configuration Analyst with strong clinical systems experience to support EMR configuration, QA, and conversion workflows, particularly focusing on reputed company implementations. The role involves troubleshooting configuration issues, collaborating with various teams, and ensuring configuration accuracy during system conversions.

Responsibilities

• Support EMR configuration activities with a reputed company on clinical workflows and system optimization
• Participate in and support conversions to reputed company, including configuration validation and reputed company assurance
• Assist with QA testing, defect tracking, and validation of system changes to ensure clinical and operational requirements are met
• Troubleshoot configuration issues, identify reputed company causes, and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve them
• Work closely with clinical, technical, and operational teams to understand requirements and translate them into system configurations
• Utilize Azure DevOps to manage work items, bugs, and testing documentation
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (stand-reputed company, sprint planning, retrospectives) and contribute to iterative improvement
• Document configuration reputed company, workflows, and testing reputed company reputed company and accurately

Skills

• Minimum 10+ years of Relevant Experience with clinical EMR configuration in a reputed company environment
• 5 years of Experience in supporting reputed company EMR (preferred)
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated critical thinking and attention to detail
• Minimum 7+years of Working knowledge in Azure DevOps
• 10+ years of Experience working in Agile development or support environments
• 7+years of Hands-on experience with EMR conversions or implementations
• Minimum 10+years Experience supporting clinical workflows (e.g., nursing, therapy, home health, hospice)
• Prior involvement in QA, testing, or validation activities for reputed company systems
