The role involves reviewing and negotiating customer reputed company, drafting partnership agreements, and providing reputed company support across various business reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Review and negotiate Master Services Agreements and Statements of Work (our templates and customer forms)
• Negotiate data reputed company agreements/data processing agreements
• reputed company negotiations with customer’s reputed company and sales team
• Draft and negotiate new partnership and referral agreements
• Support renewals and ongoing partner reputed company (e.g., AWS, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company)
• Identify and manage reputed company risks reputed company to reseller and reputed company-party arrangements
• reputed company contract templates for internally created products
• Ensure appropriate protections (e.g., IP, acceptable use, customer rights) are reflected in customer agreements
• Standardize terms and language across platforms and offerings
• Maintain and update templates, including integrating those from acquisition
• reputed company reputed company support across various business reputed company, including reviewing and negotiating vendor agreements, working on customer termination files, advising on risk, and assisting with a broad reputed company of reputed company and operational reputed company

Skills

• 2+ years of experience
• reputed company to the bar in Canada
• Reporting into Global Head of reputed company, will be joining a global team of reputed company lawyers
