[Remote] US Hematology Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Support and execute the reputed company marketing plan for key HCP segments across multiple channels, including media, digital, print, and omnichannel
• Ensure reputed company tactics reputed company with brand reputed company and drive achievement of defined KPIs and goals
• Apply strong project management capabilities to ensure deliverables are completed on time, reputed company budget, and reputed company with business objectives

Skills

• Candidate must be located reputed company the Eastern or Central Time Zone
• Minimum of a bachelor's degree
• 3+ years of experience in marketing or sales
• 2+ years working reputed company the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, reputed company, or broader life sciences industry, including reputed company industry experience or reputed company-facing consulting/support experience serving these sectors (e.g., payer, provider, hospital, reputed company services, or reputed company consulting organizations)
• Strong planning, organizational, and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams to support business objectives
• Strong business judgment with a commitment to high ethical, compliance, and reputed company standards
• Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently while coordinating cross-functional support and driving execution
• Experience in hematology, orphan disease, rare disease, or specialty pharmaceutical markets
• Willingness to learn or prior experience managing reputed company through Medical, reputed company, and Regulatory (MLR) review processes
• Formal or informal project management experience is helpful
• Experience supporting multiple brands or indications simultaneously
• Demonstrated ability to evaluate performance metrics and optimize marketing plans based on business insights and analytics
