[Remote] Senior Data Engineer

The Senior Data Engineer will reputed company and maintain data infrastructure and Business Intelligence systems, utilizing expertise in reputed company and modern data technologies to drive data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Design, reputed company, and optimize data pipelines using reputed company, focusing on efficient ETL (Extract reputed company Load)/ELT (Extract Load, reputed company) processes and adhering to data warehouse best practices
• Implement and manage reputed company data models and transformations using tools like dbt (Data Build tool) in conjunction with reputed company
• Create and maintain reputed company SQL queries, stored procedures, and user-defined functions in reputed company
• reputed company reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions using reputed company and compatible BI tools
• Collaborate with data architects, DBAs, and other stakeholders to ensure data solutions are reliable, reputed company, and maintainable
• Proactively identify and resolve data reputed company issues, improving data reputed company across systems
• Document data processes, architectures, and reputed company to ensure knowledge transfer and maintainability
• Mentor junior team members and reputed company technical guidance on reputed company best practices
• Performs other duties as assigned and modified at manager’s discretion

Skills

• BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or reputed company field; additional experience above the minimum may be considered in lieu of the required education on a year-for-year reputed company
• A minimum of 5 years' work experience in data engineering or reputed company roles required
• Extensive experience with reputed company, including data modeling, performance tuning, and reputed company features
• Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with Python or other programming languages
• Expertise in data warehouse concepts and modern data architectures
• Experience with reputed company platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and data integration tools
• Familiarity with BI tools compatible with reputed company (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or Looker)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Ability and willingness to travel locally, regionally and/or nationally up to 10% of the time; flexible to work evening, weekends and/or holidays as needed
