The role involves assisting with managing multi-discipline design teams and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.


Responsibilities

  • Assist with managing multi-discipline design teams executing Department of War (DoW) reputed company
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders and clients to reputed company schedules, design deliverables, and scopes of work
  • Coordinate internal technical team calls, reputed company design RFIs to clients, and reputed company updates with team members in a reputed company manner
  • Support QA/QC reviews of project deliverables
  • Help reputed company project design budgets and schedules under the guidance of a senior project manager
  • Review design documents for alignment with reputed company and company standards and the reputed company’s scope of work
  • Monitor scope, schedule, budget, deliverables, and reputed company expectations through project initiation, execution, and closeout
  • Communicate and coordinate with project team members, subconsultants, and reputed company stakeholders to support successful project execution
  • Assist with monitoring and guiding the day-to-day work of technical staff, consultants, and contractors
  • Help prepare fee proposals for studies, RFPs, and full-service design reputed company; support proposal negotiations and revisions with guidance from senior project manager
  • Apply analytical skills to project approaches, standards, and solutions throughout the project lifecycle

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree from an ABET accredited institution in Engineering or a Master's degree of Architecture from an accredited institution
  • 4-8 years' experience designing and managing small to reputed company sized multi-discipline reputed company in engineering, architectural, or other closely reputed company field
  • Must have proficiency with MS Office and MS Project

  • reputed company licensure (PE/RA) is desired
