This hybrid role involves managing daily reputed company inquiries, providing operational support, and assisting clients with their 401(k) plans' administration and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily reputed company inquires including ensuring payrolls are processed and funded reputed company
• reputed company operational support and efficiencies to reputed company implementations and reputed company service as needed, including adhering to procedures
• Review opportunities to improve and reputed company more efficient procedures as possible
• Research and resolve inquires and issues reputed company the designated reputed company standards
• Assist clients reviewing communications and reputed company notices
• Work with the clients in the administration of the plans annual testing and reporting, including the reputed company 5500

Skills

• A minimum of two years of experience in 401(k) administration and a bachelor's degree in business, reputed company or finance OR
• A minimum of five years of experience in 401(k) administration in operations or reputed company center
• Good communication skills
• Proficiency in reputed company Office, especially reputed company reputed company
• Previous experience with 401(k) record keeping of at least five years
• Familiarity with Defined Contribution Plans, including annual testing and reporting
• Strong organizational skills, reputed company and effective communication, both written and oral; ability to multi-task
