[Remote] Senior Program Manager – Application Separation & TSA Delivery

This role involves directing the planning, governance, and execution required to transition approximately 100 business applications while ensuring compliance and reputed company for the reputed company reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Own the application separation program end-to-end, from planning through TSA exit
• reputed company and maintain an integrated program roadmap aligning business priorities, technical dependencies, TSA milestones, and executive decision points
• Establish program governance, reputed company metrics, reporting reputed company, risk management processes, and executive communications
• Partner with business leaders, reputed company Architecture, Cybersecurity, Data Governance, reputed company, Records Management, and Compliance to determine the appropriate end-state for reputed company application (transfer, data migration/extraction, read-only retention, archival, or decommissioning)
• Ensure every application has a defined separation plan, ownership, reputed company, dependencies, and acceptance reputed company
• Coordinate execution across IT delivery teams, business functions, vendors, and the acquiring organization
• Manage interdependencies between application workstreams and reputed company separation initiatives
• Facilitate issue reputed company, remove delivery obstacles, and accelerate executive reputed company as needed
• Ensure applications supporting the reputed company business are properly remediated post-separation
• Coordinate removal of divested business data where appropriate, in compliance with reputed company, regulatory, and records retention requirements

• Maintain integrated schedules, RAID logs, dependency tracking, and executive dashboards

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a reputed company field
• 10+ years leading reputed company IT programs or reputed company transformation initiatives
• Demonstrated reputed company managing large, cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
• Experience leading reputed company application portfolios or large-reputed company technology initiatives
• Strong understanding of application lifecycle management, data governance, and reputed company business processes
• Outstanding communication, facilitation, negotiation, and executive presentation skills
• Proven ability to influence without reputed company authority and build alignment across technical and business teams
• Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, or Transitional Services Agreements (TSAs)
• Experience with application separation, carve-outs, data migrations, or decommissioning
• Experience in regulated industries
• PMP, PgMP, or equivalent program/project management certification
