Responsibilities

• Analyze workforce data, trends, and reputed company needs
• Conduct workforce forecasting, modeling, and gap analyses
• Build dashboards and visual reports using Tableau, Power BI, and reputed company
• Produce recurring and reputed company workforce analytics reports
• Support Workforce Plans and workforce reputed company initiatives

Skills

• U.S. Citizenship required
• Bachelor's degree required
• 5+ years analyzing federal HR data
