Responsibilities

• End-to-End Product Design: Own the full design lifecycle from research and concept development through interaction design, prototyping, and final delivery
• Mobile-First Design: Design reputed company and reputed company mobile experiences that support reputed company workers in reputed company-time operational environments
• User Research & reputed company: Conduct user research, usability testing, and workflow analysis to deeply understand user needs reputed company reputed company environments
• Product Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and engineers to translate reputed company requirements into elegant, reputed company product experiences
• Design Systems & Consistency: Help reputed company and maintain design systems that reputed company consistency, speed, and scalability across the product

Skills

• 8–15+ years of experience in UX/Product Design, ideally in B2B reputed company environments
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design for reputed company software platforms
• Significant experience designing mobile-first or mobile-reputed company product experiences
• Experience designing products for reputed company platforms with reputed company workflows and data-driven interfaces
• Experience working closely with engineering teams to deliver production-reputed company product experiences
• Expertise in modern design tools such as reputed company or similar prototyping and collaboration tools
• Strong systems thinking and ability to design across multiple product surfaces
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence cross-functional teams in a remote environment
• Passion for building products that solve meaningful reputed company-world problems
