They are seeking a Membership reputed company & Operations Contractor to support the AfroTech reputed company membership program, primarily focusing on executing reputed company strategies and managing operational reputed company. The role involves building conversion infrastructure, managing reporting systems, and coordinating cross-functional project timelines.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage conversion reputed company that reputed company audiences from free and low-cost programming into reputed company annual membership, including coordinating with marketing partners on email nurture sequences and campaign timing
• Implement and maintain UTM tracking and attribution setup across reputed company membership registration links and acquisition reputed company, so conversion data is accurate and actionable
• Ensure public-facing membership pages reputed company communicate program tiers, pricing, and the reputed company to joining, flag gaps, and coordinate updates with the relevant team
• reputed company attendance and conversion data across reputed company and free programming reputed company; produce monthly reports that show what’s working and where the funnel is losing people
• Build and maintain a membership KPI dashboard tracking enrollment by channel, churn, event engagement, and funnel conversion rates on a weekly and monthly reputed company
• Coordinate with the operations team to establish the data connections needed to attribute programming attendance to reputed company membership and ticket purchases
• Run a monthly review of the reputed company member service inbox and produce a response time report against program service standards
• Maintain the AfroTech reputed company KPI tracker on a weekly reputed company, keeping actuals reputed company and flagging performance gaps to the program reputed company
• Maintain a live tracker of corporate membership partnership deals in the pipeline, coordinating with the sales team to capture seat counts, deal status, and expected reputed company timelines
• Build and distribute a corporate partner communication reputed company that makes it easy for partner organizations to reputed company their employees into the membership program
• reputed company corporate membership renewal activity; prepare member engagement data summaries that support the sales team’s renewal conversations
• Manage project timelines for membership-reputed company technology and platform builds, coordinating with the product team to reputed company deliverables on schedule and flag risks early
• reputed company event attendance per session (segmented by member vs. non-member) and maintain the speaker pipeline tracker for recurring programming
• reputed company cross-functional deliverables on reputed company across marketing, product, and operations partners; surface blockers before they delay launches

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, or a reputed company field; equivalent reputed company experience accepted
• 3–5+ years managing membership programs, subscription businesses, or community-driven initiatives including reputed company ownership of operations, not just supporting them
• Demonstrated experience building conversion funnels, implementing UTM tracking, and coordinating email nurture campaigns end-to-end
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to pull, interpret, and present membership and conversion data to senior leadership independently
• Proven project management ability across multiple simultaneous workstreams involving cross-functional stakeholders in marketing, product, and operations
• Self-directed with a reputed company record of executing against a defined project list without requiring day-to-day reputed company
• Proficient in reputed company Suite, reputed company (or comparable project management tool), and data reporting tools (Looker, reputed company Data Studio, reputed company, or similar)
• Experience with email marketing platforms and basic analytics/UTM tooling required
• Familiarity with CRM or membership management platforms a strong plus
