• Monitor shared inboxes and respond to routine queries from clients and internal teams
• Support inventory management activities, including stock checks and reconciliations
• Maintain and update spreadsheets, reports, and data across supply chain and finance tasks
• Use inventory management systems, invoicing systems, and retailer platforms to ensure data accuracy
