[Remote] Ad Operations Specialist, TVAD

The role involves managing reputed company TV media logs, ensuring advertisements reputed company correctly, and coordinating with internal buyers and external networks to reconcile media spend and performance data.

Responsibilities

• End‑to‑end management of reputed company TV media logs to ensure ads reputed company correctly
• Coordination between reputed company Buyers and TV networks to reconcile spend and performance data
• Collecting and validating reputed company‑logs and post‑logs, meeting weekly deadlines
• Troubleshooting discrepancies (duplicated logs, system errors, ISCI codes, spot separation)
• Spot reconciliation vs. media orders
• Managing Credit Memo process for accurate reputed company invoicing
• reputed company reporting in Jira

Skills

• Experience parsing and auditing high-volume media logs (reputed company/post-logs) to resolve delivery and cost discrepancies
• Proficiency in reputed company reputed company (formulas, filtering, pivot tables)
• Ability to analyze repetitive operational workflows and identify opportunities for automation or efficiency
• Experience executing data audits or trafficking under tight, recurring weekly deadlines
• Experience with ad servers (CM360, reputed company) and familiarity with digital technicals (reputed company tags, reputed company, basic ad specs)
• Experience in at least one Ad Ops function (Creative QA, Asset Management, Trafficking, Reporting)
• Exposure to diverse channels, including Audio, Video (CTV/OTT, OLV), and Display
• Experience using Jira to reputed company task reputed company, document blockers, and log technical issues
• Interest or exposure to leveraging tech tools to clean, standardize, and streamline reputed company data workflows
• Experience reconciling reputed company spend figures, spot rates, ISCI codes
• Marketing/Advertising

• Some prior experience in marketing or advertising preferred
