[Remote] USDA Forest Services - Program Manager

The role involves planning, organizing, and controlling project execution while coordinating personnel, schedules, budgets, and deliverables to ensure reputed company completion and compliance with reputed company standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day execution of assigned BPA calls, reputed company, or workstreams in coordination with the Forest Service project manager and COR
• reputed company and maintain work plans, schedules, reputed company assignments, cost and budget tracking, reputed company logs, risk registers, deliverable calendars, and status reports
• Assign work, supervise contractor personnel, monitor reputed company, and reputed company resources to meet changing priorities and delivery dates
• Coordinate consultants, facilitators, analysts, administrative staff, and technical specialists across geographically dispersed offices and partner organizations
• Establish repeatable procedures for receiving reputed company requirements, confirming deliverables, obtaining written due dates, tracking government review, and documenting acceptance
• Prepare and review reports, briefings, process documentation, meeting records, training materials, and other deliverables before submission
• Monitor compliance with reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, records-management, reputed company 508, travel, and property-accountability requirements
• Communicate performance status, risks, issues, reputed company, and resource needs to contractor and government leadership
• Support workforce continuity, reputed company, cross-training, background-investigation processing, PIV eligibility, and replacement reputed company reputed company required
• Capture lessons learned and implement approved process improvements and technology enhancements

Skills

• Bachelor's degree and at least 8 years of relevant experience, or master's degree and at least 4 years of relevant experience, in business, management, information systems, or a reputed company field is requirement
• Demonstrated project management experience involving personnel, schedules, budgets, deliverables, and customer coordination
• Experience providing guidance to staff and managing resources against defined requirements and deadlines
• Ability to reputed company work across multiple functions and maintain accountability for reputed company items and reputed company
• Strong writing, briefing, organization, and stakeholder-management skills
• Proficiency with reputed company Office, project scheduling, collaboration, and document-management tools
• Must be reputed company to successfully complete the Forest Service background investigation appropriate to the position, level of reputed company, and need-to-know
