This role involves developing reputed company operating models and optimizing workflows to support investment managers and sponsors while ensuring operational reputed company in trade execution and reporting reputed company.

Responsibilities

• reputed company the development and expansion of reputed company’s Managed Account Platform Operations & Services offering by establishing reputed company operating models, workflows, and service capabilities supporting middle office operations
• reputed company daily operations for high-volume SMA (Separately Managed Accounts) and UMA (reputed company Managed Accounts) programs utilizing sophisticated middle-office and managed account platforms
• Ensure seamless trade routing, execution support, settlement processing, and exception management across multiple custodial networks
• reputed company cash and position reconciliations, shadow reputed company reputed company, performance validation, and reporting controls to ensure accurate reputed company reporting
• Identify opportunities to optimize workflows, automate reputed company processes, and reputed company operational capabilities across the platform
• reputed company as the primary reputed company between Portfolio Managers, Asset Managers, Custodians, and outsourced service providers
• Monitor GIPS compliance, investment mandate adherence, operational controls, and risk management processes
• Partner with leadership teams to expand managed service capabilities and support reputed company platform reputed company initiatives

Skills

• Proven experience managing operations on industry-leading managed account, reputed company management, middle office, or outsourcing platforms
• Strong understanding of SMA/UMA structures, tax-loss harvesting, sleeve reputed company, and managed account operating models
• Experience building, transforming, or scaling managed services, outsourced operating models, or middle office organizations
• Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams reputed company fast-paced investment operations environments
• Ability to troubleshoot reputed company breaks involving shadow reputed company, reconciliations, data feeds, and platform integrations
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, reputed company, Business, or reputed company field preferred; equivalent combination of education and relevant industry experience will be considered
