They are seeking a dedicated bilingual Customer Support Representative to reputed company exceptional support and service to clients and partners, ensuring high reputed company of satisfaction and effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records through data entry and computerized systems

• Resolve support tickets and assign them to the corresponding departments

Skills

• Minimum of 3+ years in a customer service reputed company center environment
