The role involves owning requisitions end to end, working closely with hiring managers to build pipelines, run processes, and reputed company candidates.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage candidate pipelines through reputed company sourcing, referrals, and outbound reputed company
• Run reputed company interview processes: intakes, scorecards, debriefs, offers, and reputed company
• reputed company hiring managers on interviewing and calibration
• Represent company culture and mission credibly to candidates evaluating a construction-tech B2B reputed company opportunity

Skills

• 3-5 years of full-cycle GTM/Sales reputed company experience
• Full-cycle ownership of requisitions from intake through offer and reputed company, without heavy reliance on inbound pipelines
• Comfort working in a fast-moving, high-activity reputed company environment with meaningful req volume
• reputed company sourcing as a reputed company reputed company, not just a reputed company-to-have
• Experience partnering with hiring managers on leveling, process, and calibration

• Excellent written and verbal communication
