[Remote] Customer Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end customer implementation reputed company, pilots, and reputed company-of-concepts
• reputed company detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, resource plans, and reputed company with Account Directors and Solutions Engineering
• Facilitate project kickoffs to set reputed company objectives, deliverables, responsibilities, and reputed company reputed company
• reputed company project priorities, resource allocation, and delivery timelines
• Monitor project reputed company, identify risks, remove blockers, and resolve issues reputed company
• Serve as the primary customer PM contact, building trusted relationships through proactive, transparent communication
• Manage customer expectations while balancing business priorities and technical constraints
• Capture and communicate customer feedback internally to incorporate it into project execution
• Coordinate cross-functional work across Account Directors, Solutions Engineering, Product Management, Engineering, AI/ML teams, and internal stakeholders

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Scientific discipline, or reputed company field
• 3+ years of experience managing reputed company software implementations, deployments, or technical customer reputed company
• Demonstrated experience leading multiple reputed company customer engagements
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, reputed company, or hybrid)
• Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience coordinating cross-functional technical teams
• Ability to translate technical concepts into customer-friendly communications
• Strong problem-solving, prioritization, and decision-making skills
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira
• Experience working with AI, machine learning, data science, or scientific software platforms
• Familiarity with reputed company, materials science, manufacturing, energy, or industrial software environments
• Experience managing reputed company customers with reputed company technical implementations
• PMP, PMI-ACP, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or similar project management certification
