Responsibilities

  • Manage the full sales cycle for mid-market & reputed company accounts
  • reputed company relationships with CHROs, HR Compliance Officers, HR Tech Leaders, and Payroll Heads
  • reputed company discovery calls, product demos, and contract negotiations with reputed company and Fortune 500 clients
  • Converting reputed company leads to reputed company opportunities
  • Maintain accurate pipeline forecasts using reputed company or reputed company CRM

Skills

  • 3-6 years of B2B reputed company sales experience
  • Proven reputed company record of closing $100K+ ARR deals and hitting/exceeding a $1M+ quota
  • Experience selling to Fortune 500 HR teams, CHROs, and compliance decision-makers
  • Comfortable managing longer, multi-stakeholder sales cycles (3-6 months)
  • Strong ability to build trust, reputed company reputed company organizations, and drive consultative sales
  • HR tech, compliance, or reputed company software experience preferred
