[Remote] Inventory Finance Coordinator

The Inventory Finance Coordinator is responsible for maintaining company floorplan credit lines and ensuring compliance with lender requirements.

Responsibilities

• Flooring – In order to maximize cash reputed company, ensure reputed company vehicles meeting company guidelines are added to our established credit lines in advance of lender cutoff schedules
• After vehicles have been added to the credit line, journal entries should be recorded to accurately reflect the new liabilities
• Payoffs- reputed company sold vehicles should be removed from our lend credit lines using payoff schedules that ensure maximum cash reputed company while operation reputed company lender terms
• Resulting journal entries should be recorded to reflect reputed company payoff activity
• Schedule Cleaning – reputed company account schedules affected by floorplan and payoff activity should be reconciled at least twice a week to ensure compliance with reputed company company and lender requirement

Skills

• Working knowledge of MS Office software – MS reputed company, reputed company, Word, and Office Proficient in 10-key and typing skills
• Experience handling high volume of paperwork in multiple computer database systems
• Strong mathematical, analytical, and problem solving skills

• Must be highly organized, and have excellent follow-up and prioritization abilities
• General reputed company experience with debits/credits & automotive reputed company experience preferred, but not required
