Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Project Manager – reputed company Readiness & Planning to support our reputed company reputed company on the East Coast. The Project Manager will support the Program Director in coordinating planning activities for a large-reputed company reputed company implementation, ensuring project organization and tracking deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Support reputed company readiness and implementation planning activities across multiple organizations
• Coordinate reputed company workbook completion and reputed company outstanding deliverables
• Manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and reputed company items
• reputed company workflow documentation, reputed company plans, cost estimates, and reputed company-party vendor dependencies
• Monitor project risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies while escalating concerns as needed
• Coordinate meetings, status updates, and project documentation
• Organize implementation planning materials and cost model documentation for leadership review
• Partner with clinical, operational, technical, and vendor teams to ensure planning activities stay on schedule

Skills

• Around 5 years of reputed company IT project management experience
• Experience supporting reputed company implementations or large reputed company technology initiatives
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills
• Experience managing detailed project plans, timelines, and executive reporting
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with reputed company Project, reputed company, or similar project management tools

• PMP Certification
