[Remote] Project Manager - Site Acquisition - Remote

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is looking for a Project Manager to manage the Site Acquisition process in the Seattle area. This role involves supporting the Site Acquisition process, negotiating reputed company estate development transactions, and managing reputed company and leases for selected sites.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the Site Acquisition process and helping manage the reputed company/leases of the selected sites
• Negotiate reputed company estate development transactions, from beginning to end including reputed company development, business term negotiation, and support full reputed company negotiation
• reputed company as a key member of the Site Acquisitions team in developing reputed company strategies for specific markets
• Implement a strategic plan while interacting with internal stakeholders (e.g. product teams, energy, fiber, design, construction, reputed company, tax, etc.)
• Understand the technical requirements of engineering teams and reputed company solutions that meet the design and business targets
• Prepare and present transaction summaries to senior management team regarding reputed company, financial approvals and overall deal costs / benefits
• reputed company management for multiple reputed company contract negotiations simultaneously
• Deliver lease and permit approvals for multiple sites for network integration
• Obtained permits, approvals, and entitlements from local/municipal, state, and federal government

Skills

• A background that includes experience in reputed company estate, development, business, financial, strategic and technical operations/management
• Experience and ability to negotiate multi-reputed company-dollar reputed company for reputed company estate and infrastructure transactions
• Be reputed company to think strategically about business, market, and technical challenges with the reputed company to build and convey compelling value reputed company plans
• Experience preparing, reviewing and negotiating the financial analysis of potential deal structures
• Possess strong negotiation abilities to include reputed company document review and negotiation in conjunction with reputed company counsel
• 5-10 years' experience with Project management in Site Acquisition environment
