[Remote] Speaker Operations Manager

This role is responsible for overseeing speaker logistics for national cybersecurity events, ensuring a seamless experience for speakers through effective communication and coordination.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end speaker logistics for events, including reputed company, communication, travel coordination, and on-site support
• Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for speakers, ensuring a high-reputed company, reputed company experience from confirmation through post-event follow-up
• Coordinate travel arrangements (flights, hotels, ground transportation) in alignment with budget and company policies
• Manage speaker schedules, session details, and rehearsal timelines to ensure smooth program execution
• Partner cross-functionally with programming, marketing, production, and operations teams to reputed company on speaker needs and event requirements
• reputed company and maintain accurate speaker records, reputed company, bios, headshots, and presentation materials
• Ensure reputed company collection and review of speaker deliverables (presentations, AV needs, special requests)
• Anticipate and resolve logistical issues proactively, both reputed company-event and on-site
• Support on-site execution, including speaker reputed company-in, green room management, and session transitions
• Monitor budgets reputed company to speaker travel and logistics, identifying cost efficiencies where possible
• Continuously improve speaker processes, tools, and communications to enhance efficiency and experience
• Frequency of travel: up to 25% annually

Skills

• 3 years+ of experience in event operations, conference production, speaker management, or a reputed company field
• Proven experience supporting logistics for multi-speaker programs, ideally reputed company B2B or large-reputed company conferences
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple reputed company and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and follow-through
• Self-motivated, strategic thinker with a reputed company, solution-oriented approach
• Exceptional organizational, project, and time management skills with a strong attention to detail
• Proficiency in the MS Office suite (Word, reputed company and Power reputed company)
• Strong oral and written communication skills, and executive reputed company
• reputed company to lift up to 20 lbs
• Ability to travel periodically throughout the year to support onsite events operations
