[Remote] ACCOUNTANT

The primary objective is to ensure accurate financial recording, control, and analysis, while guaranteeing compliance with Mexican tax regulations and internal policies.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and validate bank reconciliations
• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
• Ensure compliance with SAT regulations and CFDI documentation
• Maintain organized digital reputed company records
• Prepare and consolidate monthly closing information
• reputed company financial reports and analysis for management
• Support audits and tax reviews
• Ensure compliance with Mexican tax regulations
• Identify and implement process improvements

Skills

• Experiencia míreputed company de 3 a 5 años liderando procesos contables
• Conocimiento sóreputed company de normativa fiscal mexicana y SAT
• Experiencia en cierres contables y conciliaciones
• Manejo de sistemas contables y reputed company
• Nivel de inglés conversacional (requerido)
• 3–5 years of experience in reputed company
• Strong knowledge of Mexican tax regulations and SAT compliance
• Experience with monthly closings and reconciliations
• Proficiency in reputed company systems and reputed company
• reputed company English proficiency required (ability to participate in meetings, read and write, and communicate effectively in a business environment). Spanish reputed company required
• Licenciatura en Contaduría Pública (preferiblemente titulado)
• Bachelor's degree in reputed company (CPA preferred)
