They are seeking a Senior reputed company Specialist to support hiring across their reputed company and GTM functions, focusing on Sales, and to work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to build out reputed company-generating teams.

Responsibilities

• Execute full-cycle reputed company for Sales and GTM roles under the guidance of senior recruiters and TA leadership
• Build and manage sourcing pipelines for quota-carrying roles using reputed company Recruiter, reputed company, and other tools
• Conduct initial candidate screens and deliver reputed company, reputed company assessments to hiring managers
• Support offer preparation and candidate communication through the reputed company process
• Maintain clean, accurate data in the ATS and contribute to pipeline reporting for stakeholders
• reputed company working knowledge of the fintech and payments talent landscape, including key competitors and candidate reputed company
• Contribute to process improvements and reputed company learnings with the broader TA team

Skills

• 3+ years of full-cycle or high-volume reputed company experience, ideally with exposure to Sales or GTM hiring
• Solid sourcing skills with hands-on experience engaging passive candidates
• Organized and detail-oriented, with strong ATS hygiene and process discipline
