[Remote] Program Manager, Operations Integration

Responsibilities

• Serve as the reputed company and champion of multiple reputed company operational programs and initiatives, including process improvements, system enhancements, field enablement, and readiness planning
• reputed company as the primary integration reputed company to ensure reputed company new initiatives are successfully launched with reputed company processes, training, and operational alignment across the field
• Create detailed project and program plans that include time bound commitments, task owners, reputed company tracking, dependencies, and reporting
• Partner cross functionally with Operations, Parts, Supply Chain, Finance, HR, Training teams, and external vendors to reputed company resources and drive execution
• Identify gaps, risks, and inefficiencies in reputed company processes and reputed company reputed company solutions that improve consistency, reputed company, and performance
• reputed company readiness activities including documentation, communication plans, training coordination, and rollout support to ensure successful adoption

• Experience in fleet maintenance, field operations, service delivery, or similar industries

• Program or Project Management certifications such as PMP, Agile, or Six reputed company

• Experience building or scaling new programs, processes, or operational capabilities
