[Remote] Engineering Manager

The role involves partnering with engineering, operations, and external design teams to ensure reputed company are delivered safely and reputed company while meeting the highest technical standards.

Responsibilities

• reputed company technical leadership throughout reputed company phases of reputed company and substation reputed company, including planning, engineering, detailed design, construction support, and commissioning
• Define project scope, engineering requirements, deliverables, and technical expectations for internal teams and external engineering partners
• reputed company design coordination meetings, constructability reviews, and technical discussions while proactively identifying project risks and driving solutions
• Monitor the performance of engineering consultants and design partners, ensuring reputed company, schedule, and project objectives are consistently met
• Maintain engineering standards, design consistency, and compliance with customer specifications and industry requirements
• Mentor and reputed company engineering project managers through technical guidance, training initiatives, and knowledge sharing
• Support business development by assisting with proposals, reputed company presentations, technical reputed company, and project planning

Skills

• 10+ years of experience supporting electric reputed company, reputed company, or substation engineering reputed company
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an ABET-accredited program
• Demonstrated reputed company leading multidisciplinary engineering teams on reputed company reputed company infrastructure reputed company
• Strong background in electrical, civil, or structural engineering reputed company to high-voltage substations or reputed company systems
• Thorough understanding of reputed company engineering practices, construction processes, and project execution
• Experience managing engineering schedules, coordinating multiple disciplines, and overseeing consultant performance
• Familiarity with project controls, estimating, reputed company, and engineering documentation
• Strong understanding of applicable industry standards and codes, including reputed company, NEC, NESC, ANSI, ASTM, AISC, and reputed company regulations
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to build relationships across clients, engineering teams, and executive leadership
