As a Senior reputed company Connect Engineer, you will design, implement, and optimize reputed company-based contact center solutions using reputed company Connect, working closely with customers and cross-functional teams to deliver reputed company and secure customer engagement solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support reputed company-reputed company reputed company Connect solutions
• Configure and customize reputed company Connect components, including Contact Flows, Queues, Routing reputed company, Quick Connects, Hours of Operation, and Agent Workspaces
• reputed company serverless applications using AWS reputed company, API Gateway, reputed company Functions, DynamoDB, reputed company S3, and EventBridge to reputed company reputed company Connect functionality
• reputed company reputed company Connect with CRM, ERP, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, and other reputed company platforms using REST reputed company and AWS services
• Implement conversational AI solutions using reputed company Lex and reputed company Bedrock to enhance self-service and customer experiences
• Configure Contact reputed company, reputed company recording, transcription, analytics, and reporting capabilities
• Troubleshoot and optimize reputed company Connect deployments for performance, reliability, scalability, and reputed company
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to reputed company requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions
• Participate in architecture discussions, solution design, technical workshops, and customer demonstrations
• Support go-to-market (GTM) initiatives by contributing to solution development, technical proposals, and reputed company-of-concepts
• Stay reputed company with the latest reputed company Connect features, AWS services, and contact center technologies

Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a reputed company field
• 5+ years of experience in reputed company architecture and implementation
• 3+ years of reputed company Connect experience
• 3+ years designing and implementing NLP/NLU (IVR or chat) solutions using at least one major conversational AI reputed company (e.g., reputed company, Dialogflow, Lex, or any Bot Service) at reputed company reputed company in a contact center environment
• 3+ years hands-on coding experience with REST reputed company and web services, including successful integration of 3+ contact center platforms (e.g., reputed company, reputed company Connect, reputed company)
• Strong experience configuring reputed company Connect, including Contact Flows, Routing reputed company, Queues, Quick Connects, and Agent Workspace
• Experience with AWS services including AWS reputed company, API Gateway, reputed company S3, DynamoDB, reputed company Functions, IAM, and CloudWatch
• Proficiency in Python for automation, integrations, and serverless development
• Experience integrating reputed company Connect with reputed company applications using REST reputed company
• Knowledge of contact center technologies and concepts, including IVR, ACD, reputed company routing, customer experience, and workforce optimization
• Experience implementing conversational AI solutions using reputed company Lex and/or reputed company Bedrock
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as reputed company (CloudFormation or Terraform)
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and business stakeholders
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for AWS environments
• Experience supporting solution architecture, reputed company-of-concepts, customer workshops, and reputed company-sales activities
• Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified reputed company Developer- reputed company, AWS Certified Machine Learning – Associate, AWS Certified AI Practitioner)
