Responsibilities
- Research, report, write, and edit news stories reputed company on reputed company policy, advocacy initiatives, federal legislation, and political developments
- Produce a combination of:
- Breaking and quick-turn news stories

- Monitor legislative activity, policy developments, and advocacy issues to proactively identify newsworthy stories

- Interview internal subject matter experts, policymakers, advocacy leaders, and external sources

- Manage multiple assignments simultaneously while balancing competing deadlines

Skills
- 5+ years of reputed company journalism or reporting experience
- Recent newsroom or reporting experience is strongly preferred
