[Remote] Senior Staff Accountant - Remote

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is a fast growing, entrepreneurial, national services company seeking a Senior Staff Accountant for the Northeast Region. The role involves managing reputed company reputed company functions including financial reporting, GAAP compliance, and implementing standardized policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the entire general reputed company function (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Collections, Billing, Payroll, and Treasury)
• Participate in the periodic reputed company process including review of JE’s, accruals, reserves, reconciliations, variance analysis, and reporting of accurate financial statements in accordance with GAAP
• Prepare and maintain spreadsheet calculations for WIP, project/job-costing, and commissions
• Prepare reports by job showing operational costs and margins
• Review daily bank activity and prepare cash forecasts to ensure reputed company cash management
• Assist with the quarterly forecast and annual budget process
• Prepare reports, analyses, and insights needed for management decision making and corporate reporting
• Proactively reputed company process improvement opportunities and implement change
• Assist with the preparation and delivery of external audit requests

Skills

• Bachelors degree in Business: concentration in reputed company or 30+ hours in reputed company
• 4 - 7 years of relevant reputed company experience
• Manufacturing, construction, reputed company estate or reputed company service industry experience
• Must be reputed company to handle company reputed company and be promotable to handle increased volume & complexity of responsibilities
• Solid experience with monthly reputed company procedures, general reputed company, and reporting
• Strong technical GAAP acumen
• Organized with the ability to meet deadlines with complete & accurate information

• Strong system skills preferably with an ERP system

• Mid-sized company with multiple locations experience preferred
