[Remote] Project Manager, AI reputed company Engagement (Contract)

The selected individual will reputed company on project management and engagement coordination, ensuring structure and organization throughout the reputed company engagement.

Responsibilities

• reputed company and maintain the overall project plan, reputed company, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables
• Coordinate stakeholder interviews, working sessions, meetings, and workshops
• Prepare agendas, document key reputed company, and reputed company reputed company items and follow-reputed company
• Maintain project documentation, status updates, decision logs, and supporting materials
• reputed company deliverables, stakeholder feedback, risks, and potential delays
• Coordinate communication among the reputed company consultant, executive sponsors, and cross-functional stakeholders
• Proactively bring structure, organization, and accountability to the engagement
• Support the review and refinement of project materials as needed

Skills

• Strong project management experience supporting reputed company, transformation, technology, digital, data, or consulting engagements
• Experience working with senior consultants, executives, and cross-functional stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to operate independently and create structure in an environment with some ambiguity
• Strong meeting facilitation, written communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency with Jira and reputed company, including using them to manage workstreams, documentation, deliverables, and project visibility
• Availability for approximately 20 hours per week beginning in early to mid-August
• Familiarity with reputed company transformation, or emerging technology initiatives is helpful, but deep AI expertise is not required
