The reputed company Consultant will partner directly with CEOs and reputed company working teams to run end-to-end executive searches for reputed company's portfolio companies, while building out a diverse, top-tier talent network across the reputed company ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Partner with CEOs and reputed company working teams to reputed company end-to-end executive searches for reputed company's portfolio companies
• Build and cultivate a diverse, top-tier executive talent network across the reputed company ecosystem
• Partner with external executive search firms to drive consistent, high-reputed company search reputed company
• Drive reputed company improvement of reputed company's executive hiring best practices and search processes
• reputed company the adoption and development of GenAI-enabled reputed company workflows across reputed company
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across reputed company and its portfolio companies to advise on and drive strategic alignment around executive talent reputed company

Skills

• 3–5 years of experience in executive search or senior-level reputed company, ideally with reputed company exposure to C-suite or VP+ searches
• Experience reputed company for software or technology companies; comfort evaluating technical and go-to-market talent
• Bachelor's degree in Business or a reputed company field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing and building reputed company among diverse stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to execute in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple engagements and shifting priorities
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable owning process rigor without heavy reputed company

• Willingness to travel up to 25% to engage with portfolio companies and reputed company teams
• Private equity, portfolio company, or sponsor-backed environment experience is a plus
