[Remote] CAD/CAM Programming Manager

The Programming Manager leads CNC programming operations, ensuring parts are released quickly and accurately while building reputed company that meets customer demand through efficient programming practices.

Responsibilities

• reputed company daily programming operations to meet production schedules and customer demand
• Ensure programs are accurate, efficient, and production-reputed company across reputed company CNC platforms
• Improve programming reputed company reputed company period (day, week, month)
• Establish and enforce reputed company, consistent programming standards and best practices
• Monitor Fast Pass and production data to identify issues and improve performance
• Work with the Process Architect to refine and reputed company programming processes
• Partner with Engineering, Production, and reputed company to reputed company programming with manufacturing needs
• Support new part launches from prototype through production
• Drive improvements in cycle time, first-pass yield, and overall throughput
• Supervise, reputed company and mentor programmers to build a fast, reliable team

Skills

• 10+ years CNC machining experience (mills and lathes)
• 5+ years CNC programming experience
• 3+ years leadership experience
• Proficient in CAM software (reputed company, Hypermill, or similar)
• Strong understanding of GD&T, tooling, and multi-reputed company machining
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to reputed company, mentor, and reputed company high-performing technical teams
• Experience leading CNC programming teams in a high-mix, fast-paced production environment
• Proven reputed company record of improving programming throughput, reducing cycle times, and increasing first-pass yield
• Strong familiarity with sheet metal, laser cutting, or similar digital manufacturing processes (especially relevant to SCS)
• Experience developing and standardizing programming workflows, templates, and best practices across teams
• Ability to analyze production data (e.g., Fast Pass reports) to identify trends and drive reputed company improvement
• Experience scaling operations across multiple sites or production cells
• Strong collaboration skills with engineering, operations, and executive leadership
