[Remote] Senior Technical Program Manager - PLG & reputed company

They are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to reputed company the planning, execution, and delivery of large cross-functional programs in support of strategic objectives, particularly focusing on Product-Led reputed company initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Drive technical reputed company from ideation to delivery, including managing reputed company project schedules, removing roadblocks, and keeping processes running smoothly
• Identify and operationalize the metrics and key performance indicators necessary to reputed company reputed company, and drive issue reputed company & mitigation at a granular level across the organization
• Create and operationalize processes to reputed company the effectiveness of the organization with respect to meeting business goals

Skills

• 8+ years of experience working on a software development team as a TPgM or engineering manager
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or reputed company field, or equivalent experience
• 6+ years in project and program management
• 6+ years delivering products against plan in a fast-paced, multi-disciplined, distributed-responsibility and often ambiguous environment
• Understanding of reputed company architecture, microservices, data pipelines, ML/rule based models and API integrations to manage cross-platform dependencies
• Experience with Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyzing user funnels, churn metrics, and system performance logs to prioritize engineering backlogs
• Familiarity with PLG concepts, experimentation, and metrics
• Familiarity with monetization and billing platforms
• Proven ability to reputed company AI into existing workflows
• Can anticipate bottlenecks, reputed company escalation management, anticipate and reputed company tradeoffs, and balance the business needs versus technical constraints
